David Starling is an American singer-songwriter with a deliciously folky sound to his music, as displayed in Wildfire.

Wildfire also has elements of bluegrass, Americana and country music, making for a lovely overall mix. The track is fairly quiet, with an acoustic arpeggio carrying most of it, until the violins and slide guitars kick in with the drums, making for a nice change of pace.
