Desert Eyes is beautiful from the off, featuring gorgeous male and female vocal harmonies, although it’s the female vocals that really shine through here. Pretty electric and acoustic guitar melodies provide the backbone of the song – there’s no percussion or bass, but it doesn’t really need anything more, as it’s haunting as it is.
