I’m not normally one for mainstream pop, but upon hearing Jynx’s funky new tune, Avocado Toast and Coffee, I just knew I had to share it!

Avocado Toast and Coffee is a pop song, but it also has elements of funk and r&b, sounding groovy throughout. A cool, clean guitar melody drifts through the track in a stylistic way, pushing the song along to its satisfying conclusion. The vocals utilise autotune and other vocal effects, but they work really well here – the backing vocals also have a wonderful ambience about them.
