miss u sounds fairly understated at first, but there’s a lot more going on here than it first appears. A slow melody appears underneath Lyncs’ soft vocals, attaching a dreamy quality to the music. The beat eventually appears, adding a toe-tappingly catchy rhythm to the piece, although it still never sounds too mainstream, which is definitely a good thing for me!
