Is It Just The Whisky Talking? is a stripped-down country song, also having elements of the folk and Americana movements. The slow piano chords in the background meld well with the occasional guitar melodies, with a harmonica also joining the song every so often. Sarah’s vocals have an emotional clarity, really drawing you in as the main melody carries the tune along. It’s a beautiful track and one that demands to be heard!
