Inside My Head is a pop song but there’s more to it than just being another boring mainstream chart-hopper. The songwriting is really top-notch here – especially with the way the slower verses suddenly burst into the captivating chorus. The vocals change to a much higher pitch on the choruses too, showing a great depth of emotion in Holly’s voice as she sings along to the anthemic chord sequence. It’s a great song and one you really need to check out!
