Cargo is a love song of sorts, although it’s a little different from what you’d normally expect from that sort of tune. The riffs sound epic, going from a palm-muted throb on the verses to a more open sound on the choruses. The vocals are amazingly clear, soaring over the chorus in a lovely way. The main chord sequence used is amazing, showing Sir Echo have some fantastic songwriting skills! It’s possibly the best song I’ve heard since the start of the year, so you really need to check out Cargo!
