Burnley’s finest, The Goa Express, invite us to escape monotony with their new single Good Luck Charm, out now via Communion.

Good Luck Charm bottles all of the band’s frenetic punk urgency, whilst subtle vocal intonations pepper the track with a charming vulnerability. Bare-bones verses that revel in choppy minimalism make way for a soaring chorus in which James Douglas Clarke offers a remedy to the claustrophobia of the day-to-day grind.

The band perform at The Golden Lion in Todmorden on May 5th and Get Together in Sheffield on May 20th this year.
