Those that know me well will know I like my music a little different to the norm, so I was very excited to discover Kamī’s new track, Kagi.

Kagi starts out with an ethereal sounding vocal line, raising the track up in an almost mystical way. Some intriguing backing effects are added soon after, mixing well with the gorgeous vocal stylings on offer here. Extra vocal layers are used to create a wonderful texture against the lead vocals, making for a truly wonderful atmosphere. It’s really evocative, sounding hauntingly beautiful throughout. Kagi is a fantastic piece of work and I cannot wait to hear what Kamī comes up with next time around!
