Long Gone is a new tune from American group The Prickly Pair – it’s the fourth single the band have released so far.

The Prickly Pair describe Long Gone as being a ‘a classic country waltz with lo-fi elements’, and there’s certainly a lot of truth in that! It’s actually quite folky at times, with the unique waltz beat adding something extra special to the genre. The dual vocals sound really gorgeous, especially when those harmonies kick in on the chorus. There’s something very sweet about the lyrics, showing that this group really are masters of songwriting!
