Keen readers will have noticed that I’ve shared quite a lot of classical music recently, with Mikael Oterhals being a new discovery of mine.

Mikael’s track Movements is perfectly titled, as this piece of music goes through several haunting movements as it progresses along. It’s a piano-based track, but it doesn’t really need any more instrumentation, as it’s beautiful enough as it is! Mikael is clearly an extremely talented pianist and composer, drawing you in instantly on this evocative piece of music. The tension is built up slowly over time, resulting in one of the most beautiful things I’ve heard in a long time! You need to check this out!
