summersets is a new indie-folk duo from Canada, adding a new twist to the genre to make it truly their own.

borderline is a gorgeous piece of work, sounding astoundingly beautiful from the very start. The main instrumentation comes from a flowing, fingerpicked acoustic guitar melody, although there are faint piano touches added at times. The vocals have a distinctive sound, but they’re perfectly suited to the style of music, as the faint harmonies meld against the guitars. summersets is clearly a band designed for success – if you like your folk, you really should give borderline a listen!
