Jen Mize & The Rough N’ Tumble is a band that I’ve featured a few times before – they just keep getting better and better!

Bukowski is another slice of bluesy rock and roll heaven, although it’s a little different to the other songs we’ve heard by the band, as it’s much more stripped down than expected. It’s an acoustic song, showing off Jen’s lead vocals perfectly. It’s nice to hear more of a ballad from this band, showing that they have the skills to perform music from a variety of different genres. Whilst the music is good, the real high point is Jen’s stunning vocals, which simply soar over the rest of the instrumentation. Find the track here:
