Seattle-based group Small Paul show just how fantastic their songwriting skills are on their new release, A Midnight Sun.

A Midnight Sun is a dreamy piece of music, containing elements of folk, pop and indie. It starts out quite slowly, as the piano and guitars follow the main melody. It sounds quite simplistic at first, but there’s a lot more going on here than first meets the eye! The backing vocals add a huge sense of beauty to the tune, accentuating the main vocal melody in a lovely way. It’s a gorgeous song and one that has been clearly crafted with a lot of love – I implore you to check this out!
