Despite hailing from Sweden, Flower Moon Of May has a definitive country and western sound. It’s quite slow, as this ballad has a definitive melancholy vibe. The slide guitar is used a lot, but it really works wonders when combined with the rhythm section and acoustic guitars. The real stand out point of the song is Cicci’s luscious vocals, which are full of soul, clarity and emotion here, really making you feel everything she sings about.
