I’m not normally a massive fan of the EDM genres, but when it’s as gorgeous as melancholia, it really deserves to be shared with the world!

German producer and composer flippant has created something wonderful on melancholia. Whilst it’s definitely an EDM song of sorts, it’s very different to most of the stuff out there at the moment. It starts out slow with a quietly ethereal synth melody, throbbing away in the background against the fast beat. The saxophone that appears occasionally is a wonderful surprise, adding extra textures to this wonderful piece of music. It’s a track that simply cries out to be heard – check it out below!
