Welcome to London is a really interesting piece of music – whilst it certainly aligns itself well with the classical/neoclassical styles, it’s also very cinematic. The music is extremely evocative, conjuring up immense images in the mind as you listen to the luscious sounds on offer here. The strings are the real focal point of the piece, acting almost like a vocal line would on this captivating instrumental number. However, the backing instrumentation sounds great too – the drums create a cool rhythm alongside the bass and piano, making for one ultimate tune!
