Memory Lan is a song that really shows why Scoobert is so much better than his peers. It’s really catchy, mixing together indie, pop and funk in an awesome way. The guitars and bass have an almost ska-style melody, vibing along perfectly with the drums to create an awesome backing to the soulful vocals. The chorus is particularly awesome – it sees Scoobert performing some wonderful harmonies along to a haunting chord sequence that will get stuck in your head immediately. You need to hear this!
