Australian singer-songwriter and musician Holly Wild has become something of a favourite of mine, and she’s back with new tune, Hard To Love.

Hard To Love mixes together elements of indie-pop and pop-rock to make one awesome tune. It’s catchy from the off, opening quietly with a unique sounding guitar melody and Holly’s lush vocal stylings. The track builds up slowly, until the first immense chorus kicks in, seeing Holly singing a gorgeous vocal line that gets stuck in your immediately. The song breaks down a little towards the end, starting the final chorus in a subtle manner, before the tempo rises up again. I can’t wait to hear what Holly comes up with next time around!
