We haven’t shared anything by American folk act Lindley Creek for a while, so I’m very happy to be able to share their new single with you!

Every Time a Train Goes By has a proper traditional folk sound, mixed in with some Americana and bluegrass. It’s hauntingly beautiful throughout, creating evocative pictures in the mind as you listen along to the track. The fiddle and banjo sound particularly gorgeous here, with the guitars and banjo adding a rhythmic quality to the tune. The vocals follow the main melody perfectly, having a great depth of emotion and clarity. Those into their traditional folk should get a kick out of this!
