It’s been three years since we’ve shared new music by American country star Jess Kellie Adams, so Homemade is very welcome indeed!

Whilst Homemade does have some elements of country (particularly with the noticeable country twang in Jess’ vocals), it also contains elements of rock and the blues, mixing a number of genres together in fantastic style. Jess’ voice is amazing to behold, simply soaring over the rest of the music as she belts the storytelling lyrics out. She also has a full backing band behind her, adding in some cool guitar licks against the energy-driven rhythm section. The organ is a lovely surprise in the background, adding something quite unique for this genre, alongside the killer guitar solo – you have to check Homemade out!
