I’m a real sucker for a good pop song with a catchy melody, so I couldn’t resist sharing Tom Kaye’s new track with the world!

We’ll definitely be sharing more of Tom’s music, if STAY HIGH is anything to go by! It’s more of a bedroom-pop/indie-pop song than a commercial track, although it’s incredibly catchy throughout. The chord sequence stays pretty much the same, but it really doesn’t need to change much, as it sounds perfect as it is. A pretty acoustic guitar melody provides the main melody, although there is also a faint rhythm section in the background. Tom’s vocals are stunning, singing the lyrics to this infectious song perfectly. The whistling is also a really nice touch – find it here:
