The curiously titled Laguna Meth is an American musical project specialising in gorgeous old school pop tunes.

Lollipops and Mescaline is very reminiscent of 60s pop movement, also having something of a psychedelic vibe (as you might expect from the title). The main instrumentation comes from a bouncy piano melody, matching the beat and bassline really well. The main chord sequence chosen is absolutely stunning, sounding perfectly crafted throughout. The vocals also have a lot of heartfelt emotion, making you really believe the tale told in the lyrics. Lollipops and Mescaline is another must listen for me!
