Australian artist Hazlett has quickly become one of my favourite folk artists, and now he’s back with more!

If you’ve ever listened to a Hazlett song before, you should know what to expect by now. Mama’s Boy is a stripped-down folk song with a hauntingly beautiful sound, getting right into your soul on the very first listen. The main instrumentation comes from a pretty, strummed acoustic guitar melody, as Hazlett’s soft vocals provide a nice emotional backbone to the music.
