American singer-songwriter Tanja is a new discovery of mine, but I’m sure I’ll be sharing more of her stuff in the near future!

Haunted House is a folk-pop song, starting out with some lovely strummed acoustic guitar chords. The rhythm section joins soon after, with some lovely keyboard effects also present in the background – they’re prominent, but they never take over the track, allowing Tanja’s vocals to really shine through. And what a voice she has! It’s really amazing here, singing in a heartfelt and emotive way, carrying the tune perfectly with her poignant lyrics. Check out this amazing tune below!
