American singer-songwriter Joey Green is a very new discovery of mine, but already we’ve got more new music from him!

Bury My Heart (Dive Bar) follows the folk/Americana vibes set out in the previous tracks we’ve heard from Joey, but it also adds a Southern rock vibe into the mix. The song starts out slowly with a bluesy guitar lick, before all hell breaks loose on the chorus, really raising the energy up. Joey has a fantastic voice, with a vocal twang that suits the style of music well, soaring to new heights on the amazingly catchy chorus. This is a track with some real rock and roll attitude!
