Vancouver, Canada-based rock four-piece Slightest Clue have been on our radar since March this year. The band have impressed us so much that we’ve gone on to share two more of their tracks, and now they’re back with another new one. Exploring the fear of losing someone you care about, It’s called Suit Uptight!

Slightest Clue have always delighted me with their ability to blend genre and keep things interesting throughout their tracks with contrast and surprises. Suit Uptight! is no exception, giving us melodic choruses between driving verses that reflect a state of anxiety. Jangling instrumentals and quickfire vocals will stimulate you while it’s poetic lyrics will have you gripped.
Slightest Clue are Malcolm Maclaren, Hannah Kruse, Sean Ries, and Nick Sciaretta. They are equally influenced by the classic and the modern with love for post-punk bands like Shame and Talking Heads.
