It’s time to share another lo-fi/chill-hop tune with the world, this time coming from American producer Elijah Newkirk.

the ghost. is the title of this track – whilst it certainly fits the lo-fi genre well, it also includes elements of jazz and funk, elevating the track well above Elijah’s peers. The beat is slightly faster than you might normally expect, but it works really well, colliding perfectly with the groovy bassline. The brass instrumentation provides some nice layers in the background, alongside the guitar motifs that arrive later on. Find this funky piece of music below!
