Canadian artist Charlie PS describes her music as a ‘sonic melting pot’, and that’s pretty darn accurate going off Raw!

Raw opens with a huge guitar riff, setting the tone for the rest of the track. It’s a groovy hard rock song, with more than a hint of blues and Southern rock thrown in there too. The verses are a little mellower than the chorus, which simply explodes with huge energy, marking this artist as one to be watched for the future. Charlie’s vocals are absolutely on point too, sounding incredibly strong here – she really is the master of her own voice, going through a range of different pitches and tones here. I absolutely loved Raw!
