Universe on a Shoestring is a piano meditation in C written in the mountains of the island of LaPalma, adding quite a relaxing feel to the piece. The piano sounds quite simplistic at first, but there’s a lot more going on here than first meets the ear, with the piano pedals adding a nice percussive sound in the background. It’s a really summery piece of music, creating evocative pictures in the mind as Boris plays the main motif. If you like your classical music more on the ambient spectrum, this is for you!
