American indie-pop group Petting Zoo are on the rise, and Rum Raisins shows exactly why they’ve become so lauded!

Rum Raisins almost feels like it’s been released at the wrong time as it’s extremely summery and upbeat, providing something warming on those dark winter nights. The drums sound really busy, pulsating along to a fast beat with the faint bassline. The guitars are lovely here, playing several clean melodies that change slightly as the music continues, creating a nice tone and ambience.
