It’s quite rare that I delve into the mainstream pop realm, but Katelyn Butcher’s music is so good I couldn’t resist!

Saying things I don’t mean is a mainstream pop song, but it’s a little different from the norm, introducing an incredibly heartfelt and genuine sound into the mix. It’s pretty slow at first, opening with a set of gorgeous piano chords, as the music slowly builds up. The backing effects and synths are used well too – they’re certainly prominent, yet they never take over the song too much. And of course, Katelyn’s vocals are amazing, making this tune sound a little extra special!
