The Canadian singer-songwriter has created something of majesty on Shining a Light Over You. It’s pretty minimalist at times, featuring just a pretty acoustic guitar and Gentle Sparrow’ soft vocals. However, it really doesn’t need much more, as the piece is absolutely beautiful as is! The lyrics are expertly crafted, creating themes that really fit with the indie-folk vibes of the tune. It’s a lovely piece of work and one that our folk fans need to check out!
