Are You Ok? is a modern folk song with a minimalist vibe, hitting the singer-songwriter genre perfectly. The music sounds fairly simplistic at first, but this factor only allows Lucy’s lyrics to shine through, as they should. The main instrumentation comes from a slow guitar melody, playing through the tune in a subtle way, as Lucy’s captivating vocals weave in and out of the music.
