We’ve shared a lot of music from Canadian composer Noam Williamson in recent months, and now we have another one for you!
By Jane Howkins
Après La Pluie is the name of this piece of music and it’s possibly my favourite track from Noam yet! A collaboration with composer Clara Tomás Monroy, Chloé Mendola and Asuka Yanai the piece is beautiful to behold, having a haunting quality that will get underneath your skin in no time. A pretty piano melody flows throughout the piece, as a melancholic string section appears in the forefront of the tune, ebbing and flowing in perfect style as the song continues. It’s one of my favourite pieces of the year so far, so make sure you check it out!
