Unfortunately, Mike Casey’s track The Beauty of Everyday Life went underneath our radar when it was first released two months ago, but as they say – better late than never!

The American musician produces a form of jazz music that leans into the more experimental bent of the genre, seeing Mike make The Beauty of Everyday Life his own. It’s a bit of a slow-burner, as a multitude of instruments build up over time, including some impressive percussion effects and a piano melody that throbs darkly underneath the surface. About halfway through the saxophone finally appears, turning the track into something more positive, displaying Mike’s talents off to the world.

This is one track that jazz fans can’t miss out on!
