It’s been an extremely busy time for composer Juan Pablo Fernández Ramos, producing yet another glorious piece of classical music.

Los zapatos rojos starts out slowly with the woodwind and stringed instruments playing in a stylish way together, creating an awesome rhythm with the percussion that ebbs and flows. The instrumentation then trails off in an eerie manner, keeping your attention fully engaged on this amazing tune as it progresses. It’a a little different to some of the other pieces we’ve heard by Juan, but Los zapatos rojos is absolutely stunning to behold, using divergent melodies and time signatures to craft something extremely evocative!
