German composer BØDENSTEDT has produced something really beautiful in new piece, 53° 46’N 007 50E.

Despite the curious title, 53° 46’N 007 50E is a gorgeous piece of classical music, performed almost entirely on the piano in a neoclassical manner. The piano starts out slowly before developing into a pretty flowing melody, sounding absolutely stunning to behold. Whilst it’s mostly a piano-based tune, a quiet string section does appear later on, providing a nice backbone to this piece of music. It’s an extremely evocative tune, conjuring up powerful images in the mind as the piece continues.
