We’ve shared a lot of pieces by Juan of late, and yet he keeps on churning them out in fantastic style! La colmena is the Spanish composer’s latest release, sounding glorious throughout. It’s a really full piece of music, featuring a full orchestra throughout. However, the string instruments really take centre stage here, swirling around in a lovely manner, really helping to conjure up evocative images in the mind. The track leads up to a blinding crescendo at the end, swelling the music perfectly.
