The American singer-songwriter has created something stunning on the curiously titled 116 West Main, Durham, NC – it’s a folky song with more than a hint of pop and Americana, mixing the styles and genres up nicely. The acoustic guitars are strummed in lovely style here, creating dreamy and evocative textures that layer over each other in a glorious way. And of course, Donovan’s voice sounds as fantastic as I remember, with this track seeing him really show his voice off to the world!

I can;t wait to hear what Donovan comes up with next time – let’s hope the wait isn’t so long this time!
