The Cage is a hard rock number with something of a symphonic sound. Whilst it’s certainly a heavy tune, featuring some colossal guitar licks, the strings and piano also add a slightly softer vibe, mixing melody and heaviness together in fine style. The vocals have a unique sound too – they’re extremely low and sound almost growled at times, making for a really distinctive type of track. The instrumental moments are the real stand out points here, seeing the guitars, rhythm section, piano and orchestra collide in a gorgeous way – find out for yourselves below!
