Portraits Of Invisible Places is the project of Danish duo Linebug, exploring ten East German towns. The latest track and video taken from it, In Other Peoples’ Eyes celebrates the optimism of Weisswasser.

Consisting of singer songwriter Line Bøgh and painter and digital artist Christian Gundtoft, Linebug have been featuring on our pages since 2020. We’ve already shared a few releases from their latest project celebrating the overlooked part of the world in which they now live.

When turning their attention to Weisswasser, the pair were struck by the town’s optimism and cool art initiatives. They found it to be a town moving past hardships and embracing the future. The track and video In Other Peoples’ Eyes celebrates this through a slow-burning, dreamy composition and striking, animated film that fills blackness with colour.
