Earlier this year, I ran the rule over Philadelphia, USA’s The Hill‘s debut album, Get In Line. Now, they’re back with a follow up single, Let This Storm Pass.

A project led by Jon Kowit with his childhood friend Mike “Slo-Mo” Brenner, The Hill caught my attention through their accidental debut album, the introspective and confessional journey, Get In Line. Let This Storm Pass consists of similar introspection. It tells an intimate tale of dealing with self-destruction. A powerful chorus will stick with you.

Joining Jon and Mike on the single are John Anthony on guitar, Meaghan Kyle on vocals, John Cunningham on keys and Mark Schreiber on drums and percussion. It was produced by Mike, mixed by John Anthony, and mastered by Tom Volpicelli at the Mastering House.
