The Heroic Enthusiasts return to these pages once again – this time, we’re very pleased to be able to share the third single from their upcoming record Illuminate, titled Clear.

Clear sounds amazing from the off, seeing The Heroic Enthusiasts doing what they do best – electronica with more than a hint of old-school new wave and post-punk. The track was actually co-written and co-produced by legendary producer Stephan Hague, and you can really hear his influence in the way the dark soundscapes layer across one another in an amazing way.

The bassline throbs along nicely with the drums, creating a beat that will get stuck in your head in no time. The synths sound awesome too, with several different keyboard melodies flying off in different directions, keeping your attention constantly pinned on the music at hand. The vocals have a somewhat urgent vibe on Clear, fitting the themes and music well. If you’re into electronic music at all, then you really need to give this a go!
