We’ve featured enough of The Muster Point Project now to feel like we’ve got the size of their sound, yet their new duet has managed to surprise us.

U-R 2 GUD is a moody number with echoing country undertones and Peruvian double flutes. Kevin Franco’s vocals, as always, are an expressive focal point. They deliver romantic lyrics about being wholly committed to love. All the while an atmospheric groove keeps things going and a second verse supplies a narrative twist.
Led by Calgary, Canada’s Kevin Franco, the track features drums by Montreal-based Marcelo Effori. The additional vocals come from Gina M, who lives this side of the pond in Liverpool.
