I was big into trance in the ‘90s but it’s fair to say my enthusiasm (and the world’s) has waned since then. Maybe it’s time for a comeback if Concerta’s debut EP is the kind of thing we’ll get.

COMSUMPTION gives us four trance expansions to get lost in, delivering the kind of drawn out but nuanced compositions that fans of the genre crave. Astute listeners might notice an A-Z theme in the track titles, a hint at a longer game plan to complete the alphabet. After that, who knows?
