I’m an absolute sucker for a catchy tune (no matter the genre), so I couldn’t help but share Daniel Arison’s latest tune sad with the world upon hearing it.

It’s fair to say that sad is one of the catchiest songs I’ve heard in a long while, which is possibly due to the simple chord sequence that Daniel uses here. However, that isn’t a criticism at all – in fact, I’d class it as a marker of good songwriting skills, which this artist certainly has in spades! In terms of music, sad is probably best described as an alt-pop/pop-rock song – it’s got a rock and roll sound, but remains a real banger of a song – just check out that chorus melody below and see if it doesn’t have you hooked!
