I’ll be totally honest – EDM music isn’t really my forte, so it takes something really special for me to enjoy it enough to want to share it with the world. Luckily, LJ MTX’s new release Just Rave is one such song, simply bursting with energy from the very start of the track.

LJ MTX has been working within the music industry for several decades now, blending elements of electro house, bass house, tech house and the industrial scene into one amazing package. Just Rave is no different – it starts as it means to go on, with a killer beat and bassline, matched by the synths and awesome backing effects. It’s the perfect song for dancing along to at a rave, making you want to shake your hips from the very start. Lib B’s spoken word vocals also add something of a tongue-in-cheek quality, standing out straight away. I also loved the way Just Rave breaks down in the middle with a beautiful synth melody being performed, before the energy kicks right back in and brings the tune to a satisfying close.
