Adam Jensen is a Boston-born alt-rocker known for his gritty edge and uncompromising songwriting – on Mother Mother, he releases one of his most emotionally exposed tracks yet.

Mother Mother is a standout single from Adam Jensen’s upcoming album Hymns for the Damned, which I simply cannot wait to hear now. It’s a rock song with a real sense of attitude and edge to it, but unusually, it’s also extremely vulnerable, showing Jensen’s soft side in a glorious way. The music matches the melancholic vibes of the lyrics, with one killer guitar solo right at the end as the tune reaches its climax. All in all, Mother Mother is an anthemic and extremely cathartic release that turns Adam’s personal turmoil into a universal rock prayer for us all.
