Local collective The Arts Barge continue to make their mark on the Great Yorkshire Fringe, this time with the return of their signature gypsy jazz jam sessions where anyone can join in. This special event will also feature their very own Bargestra in what promises to be a lively Friday night.

With sold out shows across the UK, this tribute to ABC’s show Nashville is not to be missed by country fans. Performing songs from season 1-4 and acclaimed by the cast members themselves this four member, Glaswegian tribute band is followed by thousands across the country.

‘Manifesto’ – presented by Tang Hall SMART C.I.C

Tuesday 16th August, 7:00pm
Next Tuesday, the Tang Hall SMART Community Interest Company are presenting ‘Manifesto’ – a packed night of community music showcasing underground performers from York. Many of the performers here are different to what you might expect, with some homeless, some long-term unemployed, and some with learning disabilities and mental health/addiction issues, with this benefit gig (in aid of St Leonard’s Hospice) allowing them to perform, alongside a range of other acts.
